Return or cancel an order
Use Shopify Customer Accounts to request a cancellation or return for an eligible order.
How it works

Open your account
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.

Confirm it's you
When you start from this page, Shopify sends a six-digit verification code to the email used for your order.

Choose your order
Select the items, then send your cancellation or return request.
Before fulfillment
You can request a cancellation for items that have not been fulfilled.
After delivery
You can request a return for eligible delivered items.
You'll need the email address from your order and access to that inbox.
