REFUND POLICY
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to return their order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.
Non-EU Customers (International)
For customers located outside the European Union, returns and refunds are accepted specifically in the following cases:

Please note: For non-EU customers, in the event of the issues listed above, we will provide a replacement order as the primary resolution.
Any issues with orders from outside the EU must be reported to us within 14 days of the occurrence (e.g., 14 days from the delivery date or the expected delivery date). If you experience any problems, please contact us immediately.
How to initiate a return
To initiate the process, please contact us at info@vandox.club and include clear photos of the product showing its current condition, preferably with a tape measure.
Providing photos is required for every refund request, as it allows us to verify the issue and proceed efficiently. Once we review your request, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return or refund process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vandox.club and include clear photos of the product showing its current condition.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this in your email. The next steps will be provided after reviewing your request.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
